Catching up means slowing down, not speeding up, says Carla Muller, principal consultant and director at Perrin Ag, named Rural Professional of the Year at the Institute of Rural Professionals conference last night.
She is unconvinced the rural professional sector is having to run to keep pace.
“There is a lot of noise in the sector; there is a lot of noise out there in the whole world,” she says.
“Our role is to cut through that and actually bring that calm and bring that clarity to clients.”
