Lucinda Diack, Chief Publishing & Production Officer
With a passion for print, storytelling and a deep understanding of how audiences respond and engage with content, Lucinda has spent the last 16 years working in publishing to deliver high-quality editorial to niche markets. Living and working on sheep and beef farm in rural Canterbury, with her livestock-agent husband and two young daughters, rural life is ingrained in Lucinda’s day-to-day.
After spending several years immersed in the world of architecture as the Editor of homestyle magazine and then Abode, her passion for words and the New Zealand design environment saw her first book, Converted Houses published in late 2012 and second, Rebuilt published in 2015.
In 2018 following its 10 year celebration, Lucinda purchased Latitude Media, stepping into the role of both Publisher and Editor for latitude – a magazine all about capturing an insight into the people, places and businesses that make Canterbury and the wider South Island, unique. With a rural skew in readership, it is a natural lifestyle partner for CountryWide Media.
